Greetings,
I, Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora, did inform the State of Hawaii about pending land issues and the State of Hawaii failed to act on my claims reported while receiving a minimal amount of financial assistance/did move very slowly in reviewing my claims or completely failed to review my hereditary interests/ongoing claims.
As you may already know, I am one of Kamehameha's heirs and successors through multiple genealogy lines.
I am well aware that the entity State of Hawaii is illegally sitting on our families lands, utilizing our Kamehameha Trusts, etc.
I have been patient waiting for your review of my families interests, and allowing you time to prepare a billing which will be subtracted from the monies for rents, leases due our families, etc.
Benefits Receiving or Have received:
Currently, Rents through section 8 is paid in the amount of 1,000+ from the Hawaii Housing Authority – Section 8 Program.
Note: I did expect to have this benefit eventually eliminated because of my hereditary interests/ongoing claims.
For example: The Hawaii Housing Authority utilizes our families properties. My great great great grandfather’s name was Nuuanu, one of the Konohiki’s of Kapalama. Another ancestor named John Kapena, was also a Konohiki of Kapalama. He was a step son of Mataio Kekuanaoa, father of Lot Kamehameha/ Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; Victoria Kamamalu; Ruth Keelikolani/Princess Ruth, Paalua/Palua, his oldest son; step children: Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani (w). ( Keys: (k)=kane/male and (w)=wahine/female)
Food Stamps of nearly $200 was received until June 2015 when recertification was not made because it is a totally dishonest venture for the $200 to be continued when much is owed to our Royal Families for rents and leases.
School loans of less than $2,000 is still owed.
Library fines are still owed.
Fines for ticket citations for driving without a license, etc. were given yet disregarding the fact that Royal Persons are not subject to the laws.
Note: Because of my inherited Sovereignty status; hanai hookama/ adopted ancestors inherited sovereignty, immunities afforded by my elected position from the House of Nobles/Kamehameha’s heirs: Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs/Minister of Foreign Affairs – temporary position, I also have immunities under section 10, page 116, vol. 1st, of the Hawaiian Statute Laws and section 12 “prescribes, particularly, the exemption of such minister, together with all the retainers of his household and his attaches, made known as such, from arrest and imprisonment; and his property from attachment and levy on civil process.”

It is dishonest for me to remain on the Food Stamps Program, and dishonest for the State of Hawaii to not address the issues of the truth that I am one of the legal land owners and rents and leases would more than suffice the meager payments that you have given thus far, while you are using our Royal Families lands.
It is honest for me to inform you that you are trespassing on Private properties and pillaging, piracy(ies), maintaining fraudulent set ups as discovered/uncovered through research. Genocide issues are many. The assignment of a file number with the Honolulu Police Department since 1998 is ongoing proof of injuries affecting my and our families over time. Reference to filing a Police Report was made by the Supreme Court Judge in 1998.
Rents and Leases are due.
I have the prima facie evidence of ownership for the Kekauonohi’s property which is currently being worked on, the building called the Kamamalu Building which I would like to utilize for our Hawaiian Government activities.
I would like to have all of our Hawaiian Kingdom books, records housed at various offices in the entity State to be returned to our Royal Families and delivered at the Kamamalu Building which sits on Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi’s land.
According the the Laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the building should be removed, if it is not the desire of the entity State of Hawaii to release the keys, etc.
I would like the return of the LILIUOKALANI School which was dedicated by her and have that school available to be used by the Hawaiian Immersion School Programs etc.
Rents and Leases collections will be made through a bank that is not affiliated with the usurpers Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, American Savings Bank, etc.
The Credit Union that I have asked about is the HAWAIIAN TELEPHONE CREDIT UNION. Research incomplete.
My name will be used with the intent of a Sovereign Trust, Hawaiian Kingdom Trust in mind and the Board will be heirs/descendants of the original members of the House of Nobles who are Kamehameha’s heirs, etc.
The utilization of my medical benefits can be gotten through my ancestor’s Grace Kamaikui’s properties which is currently being used by Queen’s Hospital.
Pensions currently received includes my own benefits.
This information is also made for the public to see that immunities from arrest, imprisonment are assigned as a matter of the Foreign Affairs Office - Amelia Gora, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs based on being attaches, part of the immunities which comes with protections, international laws from the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/ Hawaii and to some the Sandwich Islands (as recorded in treaties with England and France).

From the time of Kamehameha III – Kauikeaouli:
“The Hawaiian Government was not established by the people; the Constitution did not emanate from them; they were not consulted in their aggregate capacity or in convention, and they had no direct voice in founding either the Government or the Constitution. King Kamehameha III, originally possessed in his own person, all the attributes of absolute sovereignty. Of his own free will he granted the Constitution of 1840, as a boon to his country and people, establishing his Government upon a declared plan or system, having reference not only to the permanency of his Throne and Dynasty, but to the Government of his country according to fixed laws and civilized usage, in lieu of what may be styled the feudal, but chaotic and uncertain system, which previously prevailed. The recognition of his independence by the great powers of Christendom; the claims of commerce; the influx of foreigners, and the gradual advancement of his native subjects, rendered necessary still further changes. The Government had to be regularly organized, the different powers separated and defined, and the whole land system of the Kingdom to be remodeled. The first Constitution no longer furnished a sufficiently broad foundation. The King, by and with the advice and consent of the Nobles and the House of Representatives, voluntarily granted and proclaimed the present Constitution on the 14th of June, 1852. As before, the people at large were not consulted, and they performed no direct part in the adoption of the Constitution. That instrument was framed and sanctioned by the legislative body, consisting of the King, the House of Nobles and the House of Representatives, in whom, collectively, is now vested that supreme, absolute power of legislation, which was originally vested in the Monarch alone. Not a particle of power was derived from the people.”
There are three parts to the Hawaiian Government: (1) Sovereign – heirs and successors – Permanent part; (2) House of Nobles – heirs and successors – Permanent part; and (3) House of Representatives – Temporary voted in part by the people.
Kamehameha III’s Constitution of 1840 “permanently confirms the Kingdom of Kamehameha III, and his heirs”.
I, Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora, am one of Kamehameha III’s heirs. His heirs were automatically part of the Hawaiian Government from birth.

I, Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora, am one of the legal land owners of all of the ancestors listed above, including their families properties such as the Private Properties of the Kamehameha’s – the Crown Lands, Properties that the Hawaii Housing Authority sits on located at School Street, Properties in the center of town surrounding the Iolani Palace, Kalaupapa, Molokai Ahupuaa, Kupeke, Molokai Ahupuaa, Honouliuli Ahupuaa, Waimalu, Mokuumeume Island, Pearl Harbor, Kapalama, Nuuanu, Honolulu, Oahu, Waikiki, Richards Street, Punchbowl Streets, Konohiki of ancestral lands, Waikaloa Ahupuaa, including being one of the legal Trustees of Queen Liliuokalani’s Estates, Crown Lands, Queen’s Hospital, the Queen’s residence known as Washington Place, etc.
The United States, the American Empire, their created State of Hawaii which is documented as identity thieves owes our Royal Families much monies.
The Internal Revenue Service has no Treaty(ies) with the Royal Families, etc. and has wrongfully collected monies from those who do not owe them taxes.

George W. Macy did help to plan the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani, was an heir of his brother’s Macy Stores, and did become the first Internal Revenue Service Head in the Hawaiian Islands without a Treaty, etc.
