The United States/U.S.A. and other Foreign Nations cannot own lands in the Hawaiian Islands as maintained by Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III when he passed his Statute Laws in 1847-1848, etc.
The heirship laws, etc. were not adhered to and some of the Justices were aligned with the United States/U.S.A.  A good example is Albert Francis Judd.
Our Family
It was Not Judge Abner Paki who married Konia a Kamehameha descendant/heir -daughter:  Bernice Pauahi, and who married Kaikaina another wife who later married Ulualoha/Kealoha.  They were the hanai parents of our ancestor Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani /Princess Poomaikelani who was also one of the heirs of Kalaniulumoku, brother of Abner Paki.  Kalola (w) was the daughter of Kalaniulumoku whose hanai/adopted daughter was our ancestor Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/ Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.
It was Not Judge John Kapena who had son Keawe and daughter Kekualoa.  Our ancestors David Keawe was the son of Keawe.   Opunui (k) was the son of Kekualoa (w) and Kauikeaouli/ Kamehameha III.  Maria Kekuahine/Kekua Silveira was the daughter of Kekualoa (w) and Keo/George Silva/Sylva/Silveira/Kealohapauole.  John Kapena is our ancestor in multiples of lines, and the ancestor of  three (3) Judicial Tribunal Judges who have been in place since 2014.
John Kapena had an adopted son named John M. Kapena who became a Judge, a treasonous Judge who met with President Cleveland to arrange for an exchange of the Hawaiian Islands for 8,000 acres of land in California, etc.
It was Not Judge Kaauwai the ancestor of one of the Judicial Tribunal Judges who has been in place since 2014.
Note:  All of the Current Judicial Tribunal Judges descend from Paalua, the Oldest son of Kekuanaoa/ Mataio Kekuanaoa.
Paalua's siblings were Ruth Keelikolani; Moses Kaikioewa; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; David Kamehameha; Victoria Kamamalu, hanai/adopted:  Bernice Pauahi; Step children:  John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani(w), All of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, and Kaumualii's children, stepchildren, adopted/hanai/children because Kekuanaoa/ Mataio Kekuanaoa married two (2) widows of Liholiho/Kamehameha II named Pauahi and Kinau.
Mataio Kekuanaoa had a total of five wives:  Kalehua, Pauahi, Kinau, Kaloloahilani, and Kalima.
Other widows of Liholiho/Kamehameha II:  Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi, Liliha;  Kekauluohi/Auhea - also a widow of Kamehameha and Liholiho/ Kamehameha, and Pali.
It was Not Judge Charles Kanaina who was married to Kekauluohi/Auhea the parents of William Lunalilo/King Lunalilo.  Kekauluohi/Auhea was one of the widows of Kamehameha and Liholiho/ Kamehameha II.  Charles Kanaina and Kekauluohi/Auhea were also the step parents of all of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, and hanai/adopted children.
It was the treasonous Judges who misruled, failed to follow the rules of law, were Pirates, Pillagers, Genocide activists, treasonous, conspirators who utilized or disregarded laws laid out by Kauikeaouli/ Kamehameha III, caused injuries to the Royal Families now documented for all to see, study, observe, correct,  etc.
It was Not the First Judges appointed by Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III who were corrupt, but those who followed and held allegiance to foreign Nations, conspired against the Royal Families, etc. and caused injuries to the Heirs and Successors of Kamehameha, who are specific and related by bloodlines.
It was out of corruption and supported by conspirator Judges such as Albert Francis Judd who moved to support Fraud Deeds which included Lands deeded to the U.S. now documented....

are you not aware of an important mortgage foreclosure case which is currently under advisement? Williamson Chang information needed... theiolani@gmail.com illegal contracts were made by the banks....who claimed they are the land owners...... we tracked back and found that the JAMES CAMPBELL Estates owned NOTHING.....because the persons who deeded the lands of Honouliuli were NOT the heirs..... the laws of inheritance has been found and Kekauonohi's lands b elonged to her heirs and NOT her husband Levi Haalelea....who inherited NOTHING!..

Anaderia Amoe had created a Trust with Cartwright who deeded Kekauonohi's lands to Oahu Rail....Oahu Rail deeded to the U.S. Government......and Anaderia Amoe WAS NOT an heir of Kekauonohi!......the lands included Ford Island, Waimalu etc..... Title Codes have been included in the case and the Judge with his clerks have a high likelihood of being arrested, etc. .....we're waiting for the outcome of the case....this affects issues of injuries - war crimes because the true heirs are Kekuamanoha's, Kamehameha's families NOT Chinese people who married a Non Kamehameha, a Non Kekuamanoha named Haalelea...... after all, Kekauonohi was a Kamehameha.............her brother/hanai brother was Leleiohoku which affects PUNALUU Ahupuaa, etc......and the criminal deviants Bishop Estates are part of the treasonous persons already documented as pirates, pillagers in the Judicial Tribunal list served to the President months ago......we have received the return receipt request which was duly served affecting the article XIV of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom/ Kingdom of Hawaii..........the State of HAWAII ARE IDENTITY THIEVES AND ALSO DOCUMENTED ON THE JUDICIAL TRIBUNAL LIST....WHAT ARE THE RAMIFICATIONS?....MANY INCLUDING THE FACT THAT THE STATE OF HAWAII IS ILLEGAL, INCLUDING OBAMA CLAIMS TO BE A U.S. CITIZEN, OCCUPATION, ETC....... Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was the grandaughter of Kamehameha.  She was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho.  Kamehameha II - Liholiho was also married to Kamamalu, Pauahi, Konia, Kekauluohi/Auhea, Liliha, and Pali.
Kekauluohi/Auhea was one of the widows of Kamehameha.  It is through Kekauluohi/Auhea which connected all of the Kamehameha families.
Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was one of the stepmother's of ALL of the Kamehameha's, Kalaniopuu's, and Kaumualii's Families.
She also married Aarona Kealiiahonui, the son of Kaumualii.  When he died in 1849, she married Levi Haalelea.
