So now there's 4 Hawaiians and 2 non Hawaiians all claiming the rest of Hawaiians are nothing but bigoted racists. Where was this thinking when the language was banned? where was it when hula was banned? where was it when wearing a lei was banned? where was it when even surfing was banned? Where were these brain dead people when 13 white guys called themselves the committee of safety and instigated with other whites to overthrow the kingdom to protect their money making interests? How many other white inspired travesties go unmentioned just so Hawaiians won't be called exactly what white people have been, racist. We can't vote for OHA for ourselves because white people will feel left out. We are not allowed to elect a Hawaiian government without white people being included. Something is really rotten here, this looks to me like it's all a planned method of complete subjugation. Typical white thinking, take everything, leave nothing, whatever you can't take, destroy it. I know there are a lot of white people that are not of this mind and are really against the system as it rolls over us, but damn, this is all fact and true. They've been using their constitution, bogus laws, and military to keep a very tight hold on Hawaii, and especially our lands. Besides the geographical location of these islands, and with the welfare granted to the US military, the one dollar a year leases for all their bases, this place has turned into a cash cow for the US for investors, developers, and speculators. Who gets nothing in return? The racist Hawaiians. They've been using that term to shame Hawaiians. Hawaiians should be very familiar, but not shamed with racist innuendos, and accusations, after all, we learned how to be prejudiced from the best, and if they are excluded from anything, the race card is played. Screw them, let em'squeal, we need some kind of government that will work for us, not the US. How does that happen, I don't know. I ask questions, and hope someone is educated enough to give an answer.

  • Ikaika Anderson Just remember Amelia Gora that some of the people with the genealogies and the royal ties also turned their backs on their culture by adopting the Christian/American way. It isn't about who is royal, who has history, who has whatever, it is about restoring the land to the people of this land and not letting some foreign dictator tell the people who to rule the lands. We as a people are the third installment of genocide that started with the Native American peoples and their lands, followed by the enslavement of different cultures and peoples most predominantly the African people; and then there is the Hawaiian people who the government somehow convinced the majority of its people that it is better to be a trained monkey dancing for attention and peanuts than to hold true to who we are as a people and rise against them. (You wouldn't mess with a gorilla, but you can subjugate a chimp or other small monkey)

  • Kealoha Kahunaaina Iona That last sentence is true but the rest is not. Not according to Hawaiians who wrote and told their own history in Hawaiian and who lived during these happenings. It was Kaahumanu who convinced Keopualani. Keopualani was not allowed before the kapus were overthrown, to leave her home during the daylight. It was her kapus that were the highest and the most restricting for her and all around her. For example even Kamehameha himself was not allowed to step in her shadow so to have sex with her the MOI would crawl on his hands and knees into her hale each time. In no way was Keopualani allowed to walk freely as you suggest. Look to our own peoples account of their history written and otherwise. Its all there and undisputed in their time of this history telling in publications of tge kingdom in Hawaiian and otherwise. Dont recycle the occupiers discourse.

The guy in the center (in the video above) named Joseph Maunupau threatened me four (4)+ times by making like he had a rifle in his hands and pointed at me asking if I was going to agree to a house, etc.  This guys nothing to me and is a cousin of Sellout Kelii Gora/ Lawrence/Larry Gora, et. als..  
He told me to stop calling people pirates.
He told me to stop writing, putting out the IOLANI - The Royal Hawk.
He told me to stop sending information out on the e-mail.
The events happened a few days ago at Zippy's - Pearl City with his cousin, a cousin of ours who I have been working with since his father died.  Also there was a brother of mines and both witnessed the assault upon my person without saying a word.
Please list Joseph Maunupau on the Genocide Police Activities List.  He made threats upon my person, I have talked with him only about three times and he claims to have been doing research for 30+ years....and I declare that I've seen him only about 3-4 times at the Bureau of Conveyances, and not at all at the Archives. 
I have been researching history for more than 30 years, genealogies for 27 years, and 15+ years of legal research.
He talks about getting 50%...........and fears his chances will be foiled by my writings, my posts, the IOLANI - The Royal Hawk news on the web, my pamphlets, my books..........and I don't even know his genealogies or who he comes from..... his full lips are big as sausages and he looks like a bubble eyed fish............he's nothing to me, and can talk to his own family like how he did to me but he's pretty offensive.
Told his cousin, my cousin, Sellout Kelii's brother to tell him to stay away from me.  Cousin stated that I took it out of context..........if no words were spoken, his body language was still offensive..........the words just added to the offensiveness of the situation.
Oh btw both he and cousin gave opposition when the Minister of Interior panel listened to kanaka maoli and they presented the 1849/50 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America...........shortly after that, they both got in car accidents and were hit by expensive cars (BMW, etc.) and luckily they survived.
Apparently, they believe it's my research that has got them targeted now.      My own brother escaped a dark blue truck speeding through the red light and missed getting hit...........I myself jumped off the side of the road to avoid getting hit while walking.............Our ulu/breadfruit trees were sprayed by a cocket plane overhead and reported previously.  Gunshots were reported and the Police determined it to be bb guns and disregarded the fact that the bullet whizzed past my ear and could have taken out an eye...........shortly after, my friend also had bullets whizzing past his head as well......which is why I called the Police.
The IOLANI - The Royal Hawk news on the web has been out for more than 10 years with 564 issues to date.......am not happy that even my own relatives are proven 'Benedict Arnold's' /sellouts/admittedly ready to negotiate for their own personal gains.
