This is to inform you that I, Amelia Gora, one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors, Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, House of Nobles, Judicial Tribunal, Hawaiian Genealogical Society Member, Konohiki, did inform and notify many of our people/ kanaka maoli/Kanaka Maoli and friends, also under duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, etc. of the following information as a Legal Notice, etc: 
This is to further inform you that this evidence supports our people/kanaka maoli/Kanaka Maoli and friends that they have legal rights and may not/cannot be arrested.  Kanaka Maoli have rights of "native tenants".
Our Royal Families are the owners of the Crown Lands, the Private Properties of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, the Government Lands, etc. because we make up 2/3 of the Permanent Parts of the Three (3) Part Government which is part of the Permanent Part of the Hawaiian Government.  See References below from Rex vs. Booth case, First Circuit Court and recorded in the HAWAIIAN REPORTS/HAWAII REPORTS, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
 
Heir and Successor Genealogies of Our Royal Families, a few corrections were made:
I, Amelia Gora, am one of the land owners of Mauna Kea, Hawaii/Big Island, Hawaiian Islands, Hawaiian archipelago, Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii and oppose the building of the Telescope on our Royal Families properties.
 
Genealogical Interests= 6 Ancestors through Kamehameha:
 
As one of the land owners of Mauna Kea, Hawaii/Big Island, one of Kamehameha's descendants and heirs through his four (4) children: sons 1) Kaoleioku; 2) Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III; 3) Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki; daughter 4) Kanekapolei,   Am also descendant and heir of two (2) of his adopted children:  1) Hueu Davis and 2) Peke Davis.
 
Genealogical Interests -4 ancestors through Kalaniopuu:
 
As one of the successors of Kamehameha through Kalaniopuu, uncle of Kamehameha whose children were the step children of Kamehameha because Kalaniopuu's widow Kanekapolei married Kamehameha and linked the Royal Families together of whom I, Amelia Gora am a descendant and heir of four (4)  of Kalaniopuu's six (6) children: 1) son Kiwalao; daughters: 2) Kalaipaihala;  3) Puali Nui/Pualinui and 4) Manoua.     
               
Genealogical Interests - 2 ancestors through Kaumualii:
 
  As one of the successors of Kamehameha through Kaumualii, King of Kauai because Kamehameha's wife Namahana/Piia married Kaumualii and had children.  I, Amelia Gora descend/heir of Kaumualii.  through his son 1)  Haupu/Kahekili; and through his daughter 2) Kinoiki, full sister of Kealiiahonui/Aarona Kealiiahonui. 
I, Amelia Gora, deny that the State of Hawaii is the "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" /Hawaiian Kingdom etc. because the entity is based on the treasonous part of the three (3) part Hawaiian Government.  They are an entity and Not related to our Royal Families and are identity thieves documented.  See the 1912 Pa Pelekane Case, Hawaiian Reports, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. 
 
The Nature of the State of Hawaii is based on Fraud, deceit, pillaging, piracy, identity theft, genocide, etc. and must be replaced through an American Embassy.  
 
Notice was served to you with the list of guilty persons, parties, entities, (includes those who perpetuate their ancestor's crimes, etc.) who criminally pirated, pillaged lands belonging to our Royal Families, and kanaka maoli.  The Treaty of 1850 - Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America article XIV was utilized as the basis of documenting the pillagers, pirates, etc. over time.

To All Kanaka Maoli and Friends,
It appears that the above instruments are part of the most important discoveries ever posted because it covers a number of issues that the Judges wrongfully interpreted, assumed AFTER Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli died in 1854.
The issues appear in the Probate of Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho in 1865.
The following came out of the pages of Melody MacKenzie's book when she had worked for the Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation:
  
Note the date:  MARCH 8, 1848 vs. the Real Information signed by Kamehameha and Keoni Ana on JUNE 7, 1848.
  
Note:  Once again notice the date and notice  how it is called a "Declaration" and the "interpretation" of the Judges AFTER Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho died.
Notice that the typewritten material are the 'translations of the Hawaii Supreme Court of 1864'.
It appears that there were deliberate changes made by the "interpretations" or misinterpretations or deliberately enhanced changes of the intentions of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli by the criminal judges of the period who were the assistants under William Lee such as former American Civil War General Harris.
 Reminder:  There's No Statutes of Limitations when it comes to FRAUD.

This research, yet not fully complete shows that I, Amelia Gora and others/our Families are both heirs and successors of the Royal Families through documented research.

The time involved in research:  more than 30 years of history research since 1978, genealogy research since 1988 or 27 years, and legal research for more than 15 years or since 2000 or before.

Summary
The Royal Family is made up of the Kamehameha's, who are descendants/heirs and the successors who are the adopted children of Kamehameha, and Kamehameha's step children who are the children of Kalaniopuu and Kaumualii.
A Kamehameha descendant/heir of Kamehameha's Oldest Son Kaoleioku did hanai/adopt Keohokalole, the mother of both King David Kalakaua, Queen Liliuokalani, et. als.  They were successors and Not descendants/ heirs of Kamehameha's.
The wives who linked Kalaniopuu's Families to Kamehameha's Families were Kanekapolei and Kekauluohi/Auhea.
The wife who linked Kamehameha's Families to Kaumualii's Families was Namahana/Piia, the full sister of Kaahumanu and Kaheiheimalie.
Note:  Kamehameha's widow Keopuolani married Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku.  Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku's son Leleiohoku/W.P. Leleiohoku and his hanai/adopted sister Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi became successors of the Kamehameha.  Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was a descendant/heir of Kamehameha because her father Kinau was a son of Kamehameha, although adopted by her true Uncle she then became both an heir and successor of Kamehameha.  
Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was one of the widows of Kamehameha II - Liholiho.  The other widows were Pauahi (mother of Ruth Keelikolani; step mother of Paalua); Kinau (mother of Lot Kamehameha - Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho - Kamehameha IV; Victoria Kamamalu; David Kamehameha; Moses Kaikioewa; step children/stepsons Paalua; John Kapena; Sam Kapena; step daughter Umiokalani. et. als.); Pali; Liliha. 
The wives who linked Kamehameha II - Liholiho's family to Kamehameha was Kekauluohi/Auhea who was married to both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho.
Note:  Kekauluohi/Auhea was the mother of King William Lunalilo.  She was the step mother of All of Kamehameha's children/adopted children/step children.
I have multiple interests and am a reciprocal beneficiary through 14 ancestors and am one of the Crown Land owners as discovered through both heirs and successors from the Royal Families.

Note to everyone: The entity State of Hawaii thru the Attorney General's office served papers to some of our Royal Families House of Nobles on Sunday, August 21, 2011, because we did file documents for the Crown Lands BEFORE the Supreme Court Case..................suggest that everyone - kanaka maoli, other citizens - support us, the Royal Families House of Nobles.............this is the kind of stuff you'll not see in the regular news.

Note:  The Statute of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli shows that we as members of the House of Nobles did indeed have the rights to claim the Crown Lands..........as I told a cousin recently, we did legally win the case.  The House of Nobles members are documented Kamehameha descendants/heirs and successors.  Also, some of us are the descendants/heirs of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli as well.
